I probably care too much about my appearance. I’m not proud of the money I spend on facial creams and hair products. In the end, how I looked while amongst the living will be the last thing that matters to the dead. Something I will be working on…

We are conditioned to spend money on our outward appearance here in the west (meaning the states). And women get the brunt of it.

Nice! Thank you. This was a fun one to write. As macabre as it sounds, epitaph poetry was one of the first forms I was taught in elementary school.
